Due to the nature of marble and bespoke craftsmanship, refunds are provided only under specific circumstances:
Manufacturing defects
Damage occurring during transit
Refund requests will be considered only when the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic or video evidence.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Customized or made-to-order marble products
Products showing signs of misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Items reported after the 48-hour inspection window
Natural variations in marble color, veining, texture, or pattern are inherent characteristics of stone and are not considered defects.

Once a refund request is received, Furavelora will review the claim and may arrange an inspection if required. Refunds will be approved only after verification of the issue.
Furavelora reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on the findings.

Replacement or Resolution

Cancellation & Refunds
Refund eligibility for cancelled orders depends on the order status. Orders cancelled before production or dispatch may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable charges. Orders cancelled after production has started may not be eligible for refunds.
