Furavelora currently offers shipping and delivery services across India. International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be communicated separately.


Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Standard orders are prepared for dispatch based on product availability, while custom or bespoke marble products require additional production time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, customization requirements, and delivery location.

  • Standard marble products: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days

  • Custom or bespoke marble products: Production and delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation

The timelines mentioned are estimates and may be affected by factors such as logistics availability, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Delivery Process

Our products are delivered through professional logistics partners experienced in handling heavy and delicate marble items. Each product is carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any visible damage should be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and to Furavelora’s support team.


Access & Handling Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access to the delivery location, including adequate space, doorways, staircases, elevators, and entry points suitable for marble furniture.

If additional handling, manpower, or re-delivery is required due to access limitations, any extra costs may be borne by the customer.


Installation & Assembly

Installation or basic placement assistance may be provided for select products, depending on the location and product type. Any special installation requirements should be discussed prior to delivery.


Delays & Exceptions

Furavelora is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers, natural events, strikes, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
